CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations must be fully paid upon booking confirmation.
Guests may cancel their reservations up to 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guests should notify the property via email or call.
Cancellations made in less than of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's villa rate.
For stays during peak periods or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions.
CHILD POLICY
For Deluxe Queen Rooms (Phase 2): Maximum of 2 children per room is allowed. 11 years old and below can stay free of charge if sharing existing bed set-up with parents/adults without breakfast and no extra bed.
Children 12 years old and above will be considered adults and will pay an extra person charge of P1,000.00 (inclusive of breakfast and extra mattress)
STANDARD CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Standard check in time is at 2:00 PM, check out time is at 12:00 noon. Request for early check-in and late check-out or extension of stay will be subject to rooms availability and the following charges:
Request Early check-in: subject to room availability and to be confirmed upon arrival
Before 07:00 AM: One (1) night room rate
Between 07:00 AM – 12:00 Noon: 50% of one (1) night room rate
Request for Late Check-out: subject to room availability
Between 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM: 50% of one night rate
After 06:00 PM One (1) night rate
If a guest has not checked-out in due time, the resort management shall exercise diligence to contact the guest and confirm extension or late check-out. If such efforts are made to no avail, the resort reserves the right to transfer the guest’s belongings to a storage area. The resort shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the transfer.
Room inventory which includes but not limited to pillows, bed linens, towels, etc. are intended for your use during your stay at the hotel and you are kindly requested not to take them out of their designated rooms. However, stained and damaged items shall be charged accordingly.
Personal effects left in our rooms or resort premises by a leaving guest will be sent out at their expense to the provided address. If no instructions are given, the resort will store such objects for 3 months and subsequently donate them to charity or for public use.

Guests shall check-in and register at the designated reception area upon arrival at the resort. During the registration procedure, the guests shall be required to present a valid identification card or any other proof of identity.
Room keys must be deposited at the reception area whenever guests leave the premises of the Resort and at the time of check-out. Lost keys will be charged against the account of the guest amounting to P500.00.
SMOKING AND PET POLICY
We expect our guests to respect the designated smoking and non-smoking and areas of the resort.
Pets are allowed inside the resort, however, we regret that they cannot be kept inside the rooms. Pet owners must ensure that they wear diapers and must have cage to keep them safe.
Objects that may create disturbance are not allowed in the resort premises. This is in light of the general safety and comfort of all the guests in the resort.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Bringing in of food and beverage into the resort is not allowed without prior arrangement with the management. On such cases, corresponding corkage fees apply.
Water from the bathroom faucets are not suitable for drinking. And as such, we have provided the rooms with mineral water upon check in.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We encourage each guest to lock their assigned rooms when not present to safeguard their belongings.
Bringing in of fireworks, firearms, and other deadly weapons into the resort is strictly prohibited and violators will be dealt with accordingly. Guests, who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm or weapon, may bring such onto our premises but he/she must endorse it for safekeeping or kept it inside their vehicle. Legitimate members of PNP/AFP and other government law enforcement agencies who are not on “official mission” must declare and deposit their firearms with pertinent papers and documents.
Guests are not permitted to use their own electrical appliances. The exceptions are: razors, hair dryers, curling irons, electronic toothbrush and laptops. Guest/s shall be held liable for any damage caused by their use.
ETIQUETTE
Playing loud music and using Karaoke/Videoke/Bluetooth speaker units are not allowed inside the rooms.
Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 07:00 AM), to allow for peaceful relaxation.
We request that guests observe proper decorum while in the resort premises. Please avoid making unnecessary loud noises or cause a commotion that may disturb or alarm the other guests.
LIABILITY
Green Nature Resort Nagcarlan is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables secured at all times.
SWIMMING POOL POLICY
The use of the hotel’s swimming pool is free of charge for registered in-house guests only.
Swimming Pool operating hours is from 8:00 AM to 3AM. Please allow for 2 hours cleaning time from 5PM to 7PM.
Please observe wearing appropriate swimming attire. Guests with open cuts, contagious diseases, or infections are not allowed in the pool. Running, diving, and horseplay are not permitted in the pool area. Please shower before entering the pool to remove sunscreen, oils, and lotions. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
For parents travelling with kids/minors, Green Nature Resort Nagcarlan will not be liable to any danger or risk that may arise from the child’s use of swimming pool. The parents will be held responsible for all activities their children will do or perform inside the resort premises.
OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES
Green Nature Resort Nagcarlan may facilitate access to various outside activities and excursions, including, but not limited to, tours, water sports, and recreational activities. These activities are provided by independent third-party vendors and operators. These activities are not directly controlled or managed by the resort.
Green Nature Resort Nagcarlan shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of or participation in third-party services. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, accidents, delays, or cancellations. Any claims, disputes, or issues related to third-party services should be addressed directly with the third-party provider offering those services. The resort is not responsible for, nor does it assume liability for, the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
Green Nature Resort Nagcarlan reserves the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the resort, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the above rules.
